HOW TO USE:

1) Before use, shake well to mix the water and emulsion layers.

2) After cleansing, dispense on a cotton pad and wipe off or press onto dry areas.

TIPS:

This is a dual layer toner, consisting of water layer & emulsion layer. Shake well before use.

Soak cotton pads with the Toner and use as a mask on areas that need extra care.
